VETERAN SERVICES
The Bay County Veteran Service Office assists veterans, their surviving spouse or children with determining eligibility and applying for Department of Veterans Affairs benefits.
MILITARY REGISTRATION & TITLING
If you are new to Florida and need to register and title your vehicle, we have created a Military Registration Packet to provide you with the forms and instructions you will need.
CHAMBER MILITARY AFFIRS COMMITTEE
The Military Affairs Committee, also known as MAC, was started in 1946 and is the Bay County Chamber of Commerce’s largest committee. They serve as the liaison between the civilian and the military community.
MILITARY FAMILIES IN BAY COUNTY SCHOOLS
Supporting military dependents who attend our schools is of utmost importance to use, and Superintendent Bill Husfelt has established a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with the leaders at our local bases.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE MILITARY
Bay County is home to Naval Support Activity Panama City, Tyndall Air Force Base and U.S. Coast Guard Station Panama City. Eglin Air Force Base, the largest base in the U.S. Air Force, and other naval and aviation-related installations are in close proximity, creating one of the nation’s largest military base footprints.
